Cancellation


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items eligible for return must remain unused, in the same condition as received, and retain their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Do not ship items back to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will be charged only once (including return shipping); no restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returns.

Then contact your credit card issuer. The refund will be officially credited within 7 business days. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically require processing time to appear in your account. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
